In our opinion, some of the best logos in NHL hockey are ones that are no longer in use.

The Minnesota North Stars, the Hartford Whalers, the original Ducks, and the Quebec Nordiques all had some incredible logos that sadly no longer get to see the light of day. Another team that has an undeniably incredible logo that fans want to see more of is the Arizona Coyotes. While the Coyote head logo is pretty good, the original Kachina logo is unparalleled.

Now, itโ€™s coming back.

Today, the Coyotes announced a โ€˜complete rebrand and business transformation focused on the club's commitment to impact, inclusivity, and innovationโ€™, and a big part of that rebrand will be re-adopting the Kachina logo as their primary.

Yes, for real.

The Coyotes will rock their black Kachina tarps for all but eight home games this season, when the team sport their red coyote head threads.

We canโ€™t wait to see this babies back in action full time!
