The fan vote for the NHL's Top 20 wingers yielded some interesting results

This summer, the NHL has been enlisting the help of fans to come up with the Top 20 players at different positions.

As we've seen in the past (John Scott), fan votes can yield some pretty unique results and the latest vote for the Top 20 Wingers in the NHL right now held true to that fact.

Well would you look at that, Jake Virtanen of the Canucks managed to make his way onto the list along with Tom Wilson, Mitch Marner, and Rickard Rakell.

This is always the result of a fan vote, so naturally hockey fans weren't necessarily surprised by the results.
