There are a lot of things that go into a good hockey team. Skill, size, speed, and hockey sense are all traits that would be helpful to a good hockey team, but one of the most important is chemistry and comradery amongst the teammates. Hockey players are known for standing up for each other, even fighting for each other, and having each other’s backs through thick and thin.

Of course, that’s not the only way comradery comes out. It also comes in the form of being so comfortable with each other that pranks are inevitable – even if it means ruining a teammates property.

Realistically, most people would be stoked if they left their hat unattended for a few minutes and it was signed by an entire NHL hockey team, but maybe not so much if you play for that team. No matter how you slice it, the hat easily becomes more valuable after the prank. Maybe Brodin can sell it to spend a few extra bucks on his revenge?
