Usually, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. At least that’s how the old saying goes.
Unless of course, it ends up on the Vegas Golden Knights Twitter account. Then of course, you open yourself up to the entire hockey world.
That’s exactly what happened to this newly-wed couple, who we’re going to go ahead and assume knew one another before they both ended up in Sin City (but who knows, it’s Vegas!). This sweet couple looked like they were fresh off being married by an Elvis impersonator in a bedazzled chapel when they rolled up to the first game of the Vegas Golden Knights’ semifinal series against the Montreal Canadiens.
Congrats to the happy couple, who admittedly is having our dream honeymoon right now. We’d do anything to be taking in some playoff hockey.
The weirdest part of this story? The fact that this isn’t the first time something like this has happened at a Golden Knights game! Back in 2018, not only did this couple get engaged at the Fortress, they got married the same night!
