People like to show up early enough to games to watch the players go out for their pregame warm-ups. Some people to do it because it’s their way of taking advantage of every chance to see their favourite players live, while some people show up early in hopes of getting a souvenir sent their way from one of their favourite players.

Sometimes, if you’re there early enough and in the right place at the right time, you might even get a chance to grab a quick selfie with one of your favourite players.

That was the case for a couple of Montreal Canadiens fans on Monday night at the Bell Centre.

Nothing like a pregame selfie with Tomas Tatar 😅🐟 . (🎥: @canadiensmtl)

We’re not sure if these two Habs fans were out to get a selfie specifically with Tomas Tatar or if they were just trying to grab a photo with any player who was up for it, but either way they ended up with a selfie with the team’s top scorer and seemed more than happy about it all.

Good things happen when you arrive early!
