One week has passed since Conor McGregor was defeated by Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 for a chance to regain the UFC Lightweight Championship, but don't think the Irishman has gone into hiding.

After the UFC suspended both McGregor and Khabib for ten days, both fighters have enjoyed some downtime as they decompress from the post-fight shenanigans.

On Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys invited Conor to come to take in the action inside Jerry's World prior to kickoff between the Cowboys and Jaguars at AT&T Stadium.

After posing for photos, giving the Cowboys players props and sharing some hugs, Connor caught a football and even tested out his arm by launching one downfield while standing at midfield.

Dak Prescott, you might want to teach him a thing or two on how to throw a football in exchange for a lesson in MMA.

McGregor was also a hype-man as he pumped up the Cowboys in typical McGregor fashion.

After the game got underway, McGregor moved up to a private VIP box where he was reportedly handing out bottles of his signature whiskey brand, according to TMZ Sports.

If Conor wants to have a successful career after fighting, then hanging out with business moguls like Jones to become an entrepreneur is a good start.

McGregor's pump-up celebration must've paid dividends, as the Cowboys put a licking on the Jags with a 40-7 victory. Running back Ezekiel Elliott even honoured McGregor with his signature strut after finding the back of the end-zone.

The Irishman was obviously the Cowboys' lucky charm, right?
