Wojtek Wolski was involved in a scary moment nearly two years ago as he suffered a broken neck and a concussion in a freak accident during a KHL game between Metallurg and Barys Astana and missed the entire season as a result.

While most people would step away from the game after suffering injuries as serious as the ones Wolski suffered, the 2004 first round NHL draft pick was back on the ice the following season and didn't miss a step. This year, the 32-year-old is back with Metallurg and this past weekend he put his athleticism on display for an awesome assist.

Now only did Wolski sprawl out just to keep possession of the puck in his opponent's zone, but he also managed to somehow set up a goal while he was down on the ice on his stomach.

The Zabrze, Poland native has one goal and three assist for four points in eight games this season.
