Its no surprise to anyone Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is an absolute animal in the gym. The man is a physical specimen who spends essentially all his free time working out (when not on a movie set). He sticks to a strict diet of protein, protein, protein and more protein to keep in peak physical condition, and it’s honestly pretty crazy to see how much he eats.

When we look at The Rock, we kind of understand his meal plan consists of as much as it does, but when we look at Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback Russell Wilson we wouldn’t expect he eats all that much.

Wilson is 5’11” and weighs 215 pounds, which is even small for a quarterback. But the gunslinger clearly works hard to stay in shape, and his strict meal plan is evidence of that.
