With the NHL on its holiday break until Tuesday night, players are getting a chance to enjoy a little off-time until then, and they’re all celebrating the holiday season in different ways.

Edmonton Oilers forwards Iiro Pakarinen and Jesse Puljujarvi are nearly seven years apart in age, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be best friends. With both forwards hailing from Europe, it wouldn’t really make a lot of sense for them to fly back home for a couple of days just to rush back to Edmonton for Thursday night’s game, so it looks like the two are celebrating the holidays together.

We have seen a lot of players rock their creative Ugly Christmas Sweaters over the past few days, but we haven’t come across anything like these ones. We’re assuming that Pakarinen’s sweater says 'Everyday' underneath the picture and the entire sweater spells out ‘Snowman Crush Everyday’, because that would make it that much better. It would also remind us of the fantastic shirts Cabbie surprised Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan with earlier last week.
