Tom Brady is one of the most recognizable athletes on Earth, but that doesn’t stop him from taking time out of his hectic schedule to give some time back to the fans who support him on a daily basis.

So fun being with my friends from Make A Wish! What a privilege to spend the afternoon with all of you!

On Thursday, the five-time Super Bowl champion took some time after the Patriots practice to interact with a young boy and his family and it was a special moment for everyone.

Diagnosed with cancer in 2011, 11-year-old Gabe Lester started his morning with a chemotherapy treatment and ended it with a meet and greet with the four-time Super Bowl MVP. It’s definitely a moment the Lester family and Tom Brady will never forget.
