Last season, the Toronto Argonauts were an afterthought in the East as they finished with a 5-13 record.

Everything changed in the offseason, though, as the team hired Jim Popp and Marc Trestman to turn the franchise around.

#JimPopp officially introduced as Argos new GM & #MarcTrestman as new head coach.

Popp and Trestman weren't the only new faces in town, though.  The Argos also signed S.J. Green, Bear Woods and James Wilder Jr., all of whom have been key contributors in Toronto's bounce back season.

Heading into their Week 15 game in Hamilton, the Argos sit atop the East and already have more wins than they did last year (currently 6-7).  With five games remaining, the Argos still have some work to do to clinch a playoff spot and earn a home playoff game.

Speaking of work, ahead of their game Saturday against the Ticats, Cabbie found Green, Wilder Jr. and Woods in the weight room hard at work and caught up with them on the latest edition of Cabbie Presents.

Based on Ochocinco's incredible career, we can't argue with the McDonald's advice.

It might not work for everyone, but if it works for him, that's all that matters.

As for what works for Green, Woods and Wilder Jr., whatever they're doing, they should keep on doing it, especially James.  If you haven't been tuning in to Argos games, he's been killing it lately.

Woods, Wilder Jr. and Green continue their playoff push Saturday in Hamilton and you can watch the game on TSN at 6:30pm ET.
