At this point in the Stanley Cup Final, it's hard to believe one of the most talked about things is the fan who threw a catfish onto the ice in Game 1 of the series... but here we are.

Thankfully for the fan, the charges were dropped against him.

Onto Game 2 and the question on everyone's mind: will someone throw a catfish on the ice tonight? And if it occurs, who will be the one to throw it?

It appears Clay Travis, Kirk Herbstreit, Brant Snedeker, and Brandon Wright have gotten together to pledge $50K for a certain Nashville fan/celebrity to throw a catfish on the ice. Who have they nominated to throw said catfish? They've nominated none other than country music star, and Mike Fisher's wife, Carrie Underwood to throw the catfish, and all money will go to her favourite charity.

Underwood replied to the request on Twitter:

But the question remains... will Underwood throw a catfish on the ice?

If the crew of ushers TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger overheard have anything to say about it, there's not a chance she will even have an opportunity.

And it appears Travis keeps upping the ante...
