Wednesday night was a huge night in sports for the city of Washington.

Aside for the Penguins and Capitals battling in Game 7 of their second round series, the Wizards faced the Celtics on the road in a pivotal Game 5 and the Nationals attempted to end a three-game losing streak as they hosted the Orioles.

Thankfully, the Nats ended their losing streak with an exciting walk-off win, but the other Washington teams didn't have the same success.

The #Penguins are moving on after beating the #Capitals 2-0 in Game 7.

For the second season in a row, the Capitals were eliminated by the Penguins in the second round of the playoffs, and now the Wizards are on the brink of elimination after another blowout loss.

After another Caps' Game 7 loss, goaltender Braden Holtby couldn't hold in his frustration any longer, so he did this:

Holtby has just one Game 7 win in his career (his first playoff series in 2012 against the Bruins), but he's allowed more than two goals just once in five career Game 7s, so he's been spectacular.

Still, hockey's a team game and Holtby's frustration after the loss sums up how every Washington player and fan feels right now.
