Anton Khudobin was selected in the seventh round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft by the Minnesota Wild and the 31-year-old has played for a few teams since getting his first crack in the NHL in 2009.

Currently in his second stint with the Boston Bruins, Khudobin posted a 7-6-1 record with a 2.64 goals against average and a .904 save percentage in 16 games last season and he’s hoping this will be his year to bounce back from a few rough seasons.

The former member of the Saskatoon Blades unveiled his new mask for the upcoming season a few days ago and it’s one of the sharpest ones in the league.

Designed by artist Sylvie Marsolais of SYLABRUSH, Khudobin’s new mask for the upcoming season features a few of the logos the Bruins have used over the years and includes a ferocious a bear on the top of his mask.

The best part about his new mask is the fact that it was painted with Sub-Zero paint, so it’s going to change colours throughout the course of the game as his workload increases.

This isn’t the first mask Sylvie Marsolais has used Sub-Zero paint on. She’s also responsible for Tampa Bay Lightning goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy’s incredible new mask that changes colour based on the temperature.
