If you're not annoyed with the Ball family yet, don't worry, you'll eventually get there as time continues to go by and things continue to be said.

For those that don't know, Lonzo Ball was drafted by the Lakers, something LaVar predicted would happen.

What he said on draft night about his son was ridiculous, but it wasn't the most ridiculous thing he's ever said before.

No, the most outrageous thing LaVar has ever claimed is that he'd beat Michael Jordan in a game of 1-on-1 when he Ball was in his prime back in the day.

This claim, of course, is nothing new, but what is new is LaVar's father backing the claim.

It seems like LaVar learned to be the basketball world's biggest heel from his dad.

This is the part of the article, though, where we remind all the fans out there that LaVar averaged a mere 2.2 points per game at Washington State in his one season at the school (1987-88).

In conclusion, if you can't score, the size advantage doesn't matter if you can't score, and MJ was an incredible defender, too.
