We’re not sure if members of the Lowell, Massachusetts Police Department were called to the scene of this road hockey game, but we hear stories of police being called to kids playing sports all the time.

Either way, these police officers showed up to this game of road hockey and couldn’t help but check themselves into the game. In particular, this one police officer was determined to hit the top corner of the net with his slapshot.

If Massachusetts’s police react to being called to road hockey games like this, we would love to see how police in Canadian cities are reacting. And since the street hockey ban has been lifted in Toronto…
