One of the most common warm-up routines throughout the NHL is the pre-game team keep-ups, which involves a bunch of players seeing how long they can keep a soccer ball going in the air.

The players tend to use only their feet most of the time, and throw in the occasional header or two, but the Boston Bruins changed things up ahead of their game against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Friday night.

A bunch of the Bruins players took part in the pre-game keep-ups, only they decided to use only their heads this time around.

At least with this version of the game they don’t have to worry about losing the ball in the ceiling.
