The Chance The Rapper SNL skit made waves in the hockey community for its hilarity and bleakness. On Tuesday, we featured t-shirts being made that featured the popular rapper, and a bunch of merchandise like iPhone covers and mugs.
On Reddit, one user (ChefMan24) posted about how he’s taking his girlfriend and her kids to their first NHL game on Wednesday night, and they are bringing a pretty epic sign based off the main quote that got hockey Twitter bent over backwards from the SNL segment.
Based on the Reddit thread, it appears the user is taking in the Stars and Avalanche game in Colorado.
Let’s just hope his girlfriend isn’t yelling “shoooooooooooot” at Tyson Barrie every time the Avs have sustained zone time on the man advantage.
