Last week, Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Pillar posted a video of him taking part in the Garbage Can Race.

After performing the stunt in less than 7 seconds, Pillar then challenged Connor McDavid, Simoni Lawrence and Tessa Virtue to beat his time. Since he called out some fellow athletes, you can bet they were up to the test.

Not even 24 hours later, Virtue took the challenge and took part in the Garbage Can Race.

On Wednesday, Hamilton Tiger-Cats linebacker Simoni Lawrence took part in the challenge and set a new high score.

Looks like Lawrence is now the person to beat.
