Paul Kariya and Teemu Selanne played big roles in making hockey popular in Anaheim.

The duo played 308 games together with the Ducks from 1995-2001 and combined for 783 points in that span, so it’s only fitting that the two will be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame together next season.

The duo will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on November 13 and it turns out that’s not the only ceremony they’re going to be part of next season.

On Tuesday, the Anaheim Ducks announced that they will honour Kariya and Selanne with a special Hall of Fame Night on November 19 when they play the Florida Panthers.

The ceremony will take place before the game and it will be the first time the two are together in Anaheim since 2001. The team is also selling different packages for the game which include special commemorative Paul Kariya and Teemu Selanne pucks.

Fans will have a chance to purchase special Selanne and Kariya Hall of Fame merchandise at the game that night with all proceeds going towards local Orange County charities.
