Fight fans can’t wait for a Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather bout to get announced, and that’s mainly so they can stop listening to the two exchange chirps over the Internet. As each day goes by, it seems like we’re getting that much closer to the actual fight, all we need now is the official announcement.

Of course, this whole thing started when the two started exchanging words with each other online. It then escalated to the next level when McGregor applied for a boxing license in the state of California. Now, McGregor is putting in the work inside the ring and is sharing the video evidence.

McGregor said he was going to take some time off from fighting since he has a son on the way, but this video shows he’s more serious than ever about going toe-to-toe with Mayweather in a boxing match. The UFC Lightweight Champion posted another photo shortly after that video, with the caption ‘They doubted me then too.’

While the boxing world may be counting out McGregor in this one, he’s clearly not lacking any confidence and isn’t just looking for another handsome paycheque.

UFC President Dana White tried to get the fight going by offering the two fighters $25 million each, plus pay-per-view incentives, but Mayweather could do nothing but have a good belly laugh at his offer. All we can do now is sit back and wait for the official announcement.
