Die hard sports fans turn things up a notch come playoff time, especially when their team goes on a lengthy run past the first round in the postseason.

Edmonton Oilers fans showed the team just how much they appreciated their first postseason berth in over a decade in many different ways.

Even though every home game was sold out, Oilers fans still showed up and paid money to watch the game on a giant screen from the concourse inside the arena.

Well, it turns out the Nashville Predators and their fans are following in their footsteps. With the Stanley Cup Final in Nashville for the first time in franchise history, fans are going all out for their team and are spending money to watch the game from the concourse and are spending $150 USD ($202.33 CAD) to do so through a promotion on the team's app.

There was a bit of an error on the first release of the promotion, but the team cleared up exactly what the prices are for their Game 3 promotion.

That’s the cheapest option of the three that the Preds are offering their fans for Game 3, but a lot of them are willing to spend it just to join the party, especially if the Preds come up with a victory.

#Smashville is going to be lit for Game 3. Will the #Predators win to get back in the series?
