Matty Beniers just became the Seattle Krakens first ever pick in the NHL Draft. That must be a pretty cool feeling for Matty but he has some talents outside of hockey that make him much more interesting.
Beniers was apparently a theatre kid and also played saxophone.
His mom was also on Broadway which shows in his personality and tenacious smile. People on twitter also seemed to be supportive of his theatrical past.
