Carey Price has been known to have unique handshakes with many of his teammates, perhaps the most famous being his old handshake with P.K. Subban.

Well, preseason is a time to try new things out and it looks as if Andrew Shaw is trying out a new goal celebration with Price. After scoring his third goal of the preseason, Shaw was running by the bench and getting props from all his teammates, but he wasn’t going to forget about his goalie.

Price was still in his net, but as Shaw got to the end of the line, he made sure to give him a little wave.

That’s a good lesson to never forget about your goalie.

Carey Price isn’t an easy person to forget about either, because not long before Shaw’s goal, Price made a brilliant save on what was basically a barrel roll. There’s no doubt he learned that one from the goalie llama.
