Anthony Rizzo is one of the most popular athletes in America after the Cubs’ won the World Series and we’re sure he signs autographs basically everywhere he goes.
Even today, on Independence Day in America, he’s putting down some autographs – but at least it’s getting done in the most 4th of July possible way. On the day of BBQs and beer drinking, Rizzo got creative with some mustard.
Signing hot dogs isn’t considered typical 4th of July behaviour just because of the BBQs invloved either, today is also the day of the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest. We’re not sure if Rizzo will be rooting on Joey Chestnut in this year’s competition, but we just hope whoever at these dogs treated the autographs with more care than they do in these competitions.
