In game one between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Montreal Canadiens, Leafs captain John Tavares was stretchered off the ice after a scary collision. Ever since, Tavares has been receiving well wishes from hockey fans and players around the league. The John Tavares Foundation also received a ton of donations in support of the Leafs captain.

Prior to game two, outside of Scotiabank Arena, there was a remarkable mural of John Tavares drawn onto the ground. Turns out the artist showed off the process of making the mural on TikTok.
