Peters suffered a nasty cut on his chin after a puck came up and hit him in the face. The bloodied bench boss had to head back to the dressing room where he was given eight stitches. Overall, he didn’t seem too worse for wear. He was back by the beginning of the next period, and he also followed that up with a hilarious interview.
That’s a real hockey guy right there, not letting a little blood get him out of the game.
