Brendan Lemieux is quickly climbing the ranks of villains in the NHL.

The son of Claud Lemieux, the scrapped forward pulled up the pettiness in a rather amusing way on Friday night.

Following the Rangers' 5-2 win over the Hurricanes, Lemieux brought out the solo storm surge to the fans inside PNC Arena, who left disappointed with the multi-goal loss.

Talk about a troll job.

The storm surge became a staple post-game following a Hurricanes victory last year against those same Rangers and has since evolved with numerous renditions after every victory on home ice.

Lemieux wasn't in the lineup that night, but the team has since compiled victories in the following three games; The Rangers are 4-0 against the Hurricanes this season.

On Friday, Lemieux didn't make much of an impact at all, racking up one shot and two hits in just 10:13 in ice-time.
