You know, ripping a one-timer past the goalie is something that we take for granted in our hockey video games now, but when NHL 94 introduced the mechanic, it was truly groundbreaking, and part of the reason why that game was so successful. So, like Corwin says, it’s really the fault of NHL 94 that every game of Chel between you and a buddy is just swapping one-timers back-and-forth now. One-timers are unstoppable.
