After coasting past the Braves in their do-or-die Game 5 thanks to a record 10-run first inning, the St. Louis Cardinals are off to the NLCS, and manager Mike Shildt is so fired up.

He’s so fired up, in fact, that he had to apologize for it, after outfielder Randy Arozarena went on Instagram Live in the locker room and accidentally streamed Shildt’s very much NSFW celebratory post-game speech to the world.

Warning: NSFW language follows.

Honestly, if you’re cool with the swears, it’s a pretty great post-game speech. Some might even say the swears enhance the speech.

Nonetheless, both Shildt and Arozarena issued apologies for their part in the snafu. If the Cardinals can secure a berth to the World Series in the next round, they should stream the next bad-words speech from Shildt on purpose.
