Following last month’s horrific shooting in Nova Scotia, Carey Price reached out with a personal message for 11-year-old Alex and 10-year-old Jack Blair, who lost their parents in the tragedy.
“I just want to let you know that you're not alone. I'm thinking about you, and you have a lot of people around you that care very deeply for you,” says Price.
Alex and Jack are fans of Price and the Canadiens, and by all accounts Price’s message was a really meaningful one to them. Along with siblings Tyler, 27 (who posted the video), and Craig, 24, we wish them the best moving forward from this tragedy as well.
NHLers have rallied together to support Nova Scotia in this difficult time, and Cole Harbour native Sidney Crosby penned a heartfelt letter to express his support as well.
