For the first time in 29 years, the Dodgers are off to the #WorldSeries after beating the #Cubs 4-1.

The Dodgers were the team to beat all season long and they carried their dominance over to the postseason as they managed to sweep the Arizona Diamondbacks in their best-of-five series and then knocked off the defending World Series champions in five games.

Since it’s the first time since 1988 that the Dodgers will get a chance to compete for the World Series, you can bet that Los Angeles baseball fans are beyond stoked about the World Series coming back to the City of Angels.

The Dodgers finished the season with an MLB-best 104 wins and will face either the New York Yankees or the Houston Astros in the World Series. If they can manage to lock up the World Series, it will be the Dodgers’ 7th World Series in franchise history and the first since 1988.
