Gordon Ramsay is one of the most iconic and recognizable chefs in the world. From his television shows to his world class menus and Michelin 3-star restaurant, the 52-year-old has every aspect of the business covered.

On his latest show, Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back, Ramsay goes undercover as he visits failing restaurants throughout the United States and then tries to help the owner and staff resolve all their issues in hopes of turning the business around. On the most recent episode, Ramsay was in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where he paid a visit to Shanty on 19th. For his undercover operation, the culinary wizard got some help from the makeup team and got an extreme makeover to look like a diehard Lehigh Valley Phantoms fan.

It’s very hard to tell that Ramsay is the person underneath the disguise when you first look at him. If anything, you might mistake him for Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.

We’re guessing the disguise worked out well for the Ramsay considering the episode made it to air. Just don’t expect him to see at a Phantoms game anytime soon.
