Nearly two weeks ago, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott opened up about his battles with depression and anxiety ever since his brother’s death.

As the quarterback of ‘America’s Team’, it takes a lot of courage to come forward the way Prescott did, and he most likely helped a lot of people out with his comments as he let others know they’re not alone when it comes to their feelings.

Following Sunday’s comeback victory in Atlanta, Falcons tight end Hayden Hurst made sure to find Prescott before exiting the field to show him support and for speaking up.
 

The Hayden Hurst Family Foundation raises awareness of mental health issues in children and adolescents by funding mental health services and/or programs through different fundraising events and donations.
 

A moment like this shows at the end of the day athletes are just regular human beings like the rest of us, regardless of their salaries or occupation, and it's a reminder that you're never alone.
