It’s been a week to forget for Boston Bruins forward Brad Marchand.

Sure, he has a goal and an assist over his last three games. But the 31-year-old has made headlines twice now for two very embarrassing reasons. On Monday, Marchand forgot to carry the puck on a must-score shootout attempt against the Flyers that ended up costing the Bruins a win. On Thursday, he essentially did the same thing but this time around it was in regulation.

Boston defeated Pittsburgh 4-1 but that didn’t stop hockey fans from giving one of the league’s biggest pests the gears.

The question now becomes whether Marchand will elect to clap back or not. He’s been known to get into it with fans online, most recently getting into it with a fan who chirped him over his muffed shootout attempt. So proceed with caution when you go after this dude!

Don’t mess with Brad Marchand. ☠️

Marchand has 64 points on the season so life could be worse, but dude… get working on those breakaway attempts!
