Baseball had itself quite the day Monday evening as both a cat interrupted the Orioles' visit to Yankee Stadium, but a praying mantis landed on Nationals player Victor Robles head during their game against the Phillies.
What are the odds of that? If you think baseball is boring, you are absolutely wrong because there truly is no other sport where such weird occurrences happen, especially ones involving animals and insects!
Now if you had to choose your fighter, we’re absolutely stumped. The Yankee Stadium cat was an absolute all-star and had fans chanting “MVP” as it outran the grounds crew.
On the other hand, the praying mantis sat on Robles’ hat and managed to hang on even when he went into the dugout.
Hmm, it’s a tough one we’re kind of tossed up on! Either way, both brought entertainment tonight and we love them for it.
