It took a little longer than expected, but the Boston Celtics have finally joined the Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors in the race for first place in the Eastern Conference thanks to an 8-2 record over their last 10.

A lot of people thought the Celtics would be a top three team in the East coming into the season, but the team got off to an unexpectedly slow start.

That being said, the Celtics are rolling and they won again on Tuesday night, beating the Jazz 115-104 at home, but not everything is sunshine in rainbows in Boston.

After the game, the heart and soul of their team since coming to Beantown, Jae Crowder, ripped into Celtics fans for cheering for an opposing player, Gordon Hayward.

The reason Crowder feels disrespected is Hayward plays the same position as him on the court, Brad Stevens coached him at Butler, and oh yeah, he's been linked to the Celtics as a possible free agent target.

Crowder once again displayed his value in the win against Utah with 21 points on 5-6 shooting from beyond the arc.  He also sent this tweet out after the game.

Crowder has enjoyed the best seasons of his career in Boston and he's a key piece to their potential Championship puzzle.

Plus, he's only in year two of his five year extension he signed, so Celtics fans who want to cheer for Hayward might just have to become Jazz fans.
