Javale McGee became a household name in the NBA for making people laugh with blunders on Shaquille O’Neal’s popular blooper show Shaqtin’ a Fool. McGee was a staple for a while, but after feeling upset that it was tarnishing his hard work, and all the good he does on the court, Shaq took it a little easier on him.
He IS a two-time NBA Champion after all.
On Friday, it was McGee spreading the laughs on his own accord when he posted a hilariously heartbreaking video in response to a life with no basketball.
This, of course, is in response to coronavirus precautions leading to a sudden suspension of the NBA season. While everyone seems to agree that it was the right call, it doesn’t make it much easier to know we’d be right in the thick of the playoff race if it weren’t for the virus.
It’s hard to know how to feel at a time like this, so we appreciate a laugh any chance we can.
