One of the most important days of the year is upon us.

Last night at 10:30 PM Eastern Time, Bell officially kicked off its #BellLetsTalk Day; an initiative to bring awareness to mental health. Bell will be donating 5 cents to Canadian Mental health initiatives for every #BellLetTalk filter and video view on Instagram, every text, mobile, and long distance call made among other ways. 2020 marks the 10th #BellLetsTalk Day.

Over time, the #BellLetsTalk has received a staggering amount of support. Athletes, politicians, members of the sports industry, and pretty much everyone else have annually expressed their support for mental health awareness over the past decade. 2020 proved to be no exception, as the Tweets have already been flooding through since last Tuesday night.

And this is just a small taste!

This year, Bell partnered with the Canadian Olympic Committee to tell the story of two-time gold-medalist Rosie MacLennan and her battle with anxiety. We applaud Rosie for telling her story!

The day is still young, people. Get on your phones and do your thing!
