If there’s one thing that we know about Kawhi Leonard, it’s that the guy stays level. Whether in a win or a loss, you’re rarely going to see any kind of outward emotion on his face.

He explained where he gets that part of his personality from, talking about the way that some of the game’s greats played the game. Guys like Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal and Michael Jordan weren’t big on showboating, says Kawhi, and those are guys he tries to emulate.

Obviously, those guys are all big-time players, but when it comes to keeping it cool out there on the court, we’re not sure any of them — or anybody at all, for that matter — can hold a candle to Kawhi. His teammates will talk about how he’s a fun guy and all in the locker room, but when he’s out there hooping, he never breaks character. It’s just business.
