So, a pretty successful career in hockey for Larry Robinson! The Habs great is probably remembered most for the six Stanley Cups he delivered in Montreal, or perhaps for his championship year in New Jersey as the Devils’ interim head coach.

In all, Robinson’s name appears on the Stanley Cup ten times — six times as a player with the Habs, three times as a coach with the Devils (twice as an assistant) and, most recently, his 2019 championship as a consultant and assistant coach with the Blues.

Watching him point out each time his name appears on the Cup is a tremendous flex. The Blues better not win another championship, or else Robinson is going to run out of fingers for his rings.

Robinson currently holds the position of senior consultant to hockey operations with the Blues, and he was behind the bench as an assistant for a handful of games this past season after Mike Yeo was fired.

Earlier this week, the Habs celebrated their 110th anniversary with their players wearing the throwback jerseys of former team legends. Shea Weber rocking Robinson’s definitely feels right.
