With the speeds that players move and shoot at in today’s NHL, you could totally miss the puck. Frederik Andersen hasn’t missed many pucks this season, and now we might know why. The Toronto Maple Leafs have a series called Leaf to Leaf where players are sat down face-to-face and ask each other questions.
Andersen and Matthews’ video ended with a staring contest between them and Auston Matthews can’t believe how good Andersen is at it.
The Leafs are just finishing up their bye week and will get back in action tonight against the St. Louis Blues. During their bye week Andersen may have taught Matthews a couple of trips, because they spent some time together in the Bahamas with Morgan Reilly.
