It’s the debate that basketball fans are already having, and will continue to have for years to come. Who’s better; MJ or LeBron?

Many would likely agree that Jordan’s six championships, six Finals MVPs and five league MVPs gives him the edge right now. But LeBron is just 32-years-old and has plenty of elite basketball left in the tank. The King has already won three championships, three finals MVPs, and four league MVPs himself.

As is the case with a lot of basketball fans, you either like LeBron or you don’t. There’s not really an in-between. Kalen Gilleese, a die-hard Jordan fan, despises James so much that he got veteran’s sobbing face tattooed onto his leg.

In an interview with ESPN’s Darren Rovell, Gilleese stated:

“I think LeBron is in the top five of all time, but he’s not Jordan. I just get ticked off by everyone saying that [he is]. And I absolutely hate how LeBron flops.”

It’s fair for a fan to hate a player who flops. But does it really merit getting a tattoo? Tough call… Rovell also mentioned that Gilleese was wearing Jordan brand shorts and shoes while he received the tattoo (in case you needed any more proof of how die-hard this dude is).

For what it’s worth, the artwork on the piece was very well done. He/she perfectly captured the headband, and anyone would agree that the face perfectly resembles LeBron’s. Gilleese mentioned that the piece is the first of what will be a full-leg sleeve, so it will be interesting to see what else he decides to include in the future.
