Canadian hockey fans go into every tournament expecting their team to bring home a gold medal, but when Canada and Sweden got down to the dying minutes of the game locked in a 1-1 tie, fans watching from home and from inside the arena were starting to feel the pressure.
 

However, that all changed with less than two minutes to go in the game as Arizona Coyotes prospect Tyler Steenbergen found the back of the net to give Canada the lead late in the game and the eventual victory.

Considering Canada pretty much steamrolled through their opponents throughout the tournament – aside from Team USA in the outdoor game – fans felt like they were on top of the world and they had every right to feel that way after the way their boys performed all tournament long.

Canada will get a chance to repeat on home soil next year as they'll be in Group A with Czech Republic, Russia, Switzerland and Denmark.
