Things could not be going much worse for the Cleveland Browns right now.

Sunday afternoon marked their sixth loss in eight games to start the season and it came against a Denver Broncos team that started a quarterback (Brandon Allen) who had not thrown an NFL completion prior to his team’s 24-19 victory. Baker Mayfield once again struggled to move the ball (27-42. 273 yards and just one touchdown) and it’s starting to sound like prized offseason acquisition Odell Beckham Jr. has had enough.

After Baker didn’t look OBJ’s way after he burned Broncos DB Chris Harris on a 4th down play late in the fourh quarter, the star wide receiver reportedly voiced his frustration on the sideline.

The 26-year-old finished with five receptions for 87 yards; the sixth time this season he has failed to top 100 in a game. Beckham Jr. has just one touchdown and 39 receptions this season, however, his lack of production has fallen largely on the play of Mayfield, questionable play-calling by first-year head coach Fred Kitchens, and the Browns’ offensive line. The 2018 first overall pick has taken 23 sacks so far after taking 25 all of last season.

Things won’t get easier for OBJ next week when he takes on Tre’Davious Whtie and the Buffalo Bills’ elite defence.
