Remember when Gronk’s Foxborough home was robbed during Super Bowl week?

Well, one of three alleged robbers is trying to see if he convince the courts that he’s not really a criminal and is just a diehard Patriots fan that wanted to see what Gronkowski’s house looks like.

By how, you ask?

According to the Sun Chronicle, 26-year-old Shane Denn showed up to court wearing a t-shirt with the Patriots logo on it.

Denn was at large after escaping away from the robbery, but was caught by authorities in Maine last month.

Bail for Denn was set at $100,000, and was ordered to stay away from the house not make any contact with Gronk.

Among the items stolen were a watch, bracelet, and three handguns. None of the items reportedly were owned by Gronk, which makes this story even odder.

If you haven't heard the orginal 911 call of the robbery, it's worth a listen
