The St. Louis Blues find themselves in unfamiliar territory as they’re just four wins away from capturing their first Stanley Cup title in franchise history.

Since we’re still a few days away from Game 1 between the Blues and the Boston Bruins, guys from both sides have some spare time on their hands leading up to Monday’s series opener. On Friday, Patrick Maroon made a special appearance at a local school in St. Louis where he helped kids end the school year on an extremely high note.

The kids probably couldn’t wait to get their summer vacation underway, but we’re guessing a bunch of them had no problem hanging back for a little bit after the school day finished just to get a chance to meet Maroon.

It’s safe to say the support for the Blues throughout St. Louis is at an all-time high.
