Pavel Datsyuk continues to age like a fine wine.

The Magic Man is playing his 5th KHL season since he left the NHL in 2016 and the 42-year-old is just five points shy of topping his totals from last season through the first 15 games.

On Sunday, Datsyuk scored two goals in his team’s 3-1 victory and they were highlight reel worthy.

The two-time Stanley Cup champion scored just five goals and 22 points in 43 games last season for his lowest totals since the 2000-01 season, but he has already matched last year’s goal total and is up 18 points through 15 games this year.

At 42, Datsyuk currently leads the KHL in assists (13) and ranks second in total points (18).
