Although it wasn’t the main event, Jake Paul’s win against former NBA player Nate Robinson was the talk of the sports world on Saturday night, after knocking him out in dominant fashion.
The result came as a shock to viewers, and now, it looks like other professional athletes want a turn with Paul in the ring as well.
Paul has some, ah, loftier ambitions, calling out Conor McGregor — but Vegas Golden Knights goaltender Robin Lehner keeps it brutally honest about what he thinks would happen in a fight between himself and Paul.
You know, it’s easy to not take Paul seriously because of his YouTube background, but he’s been training to box for years and it shows. Anyone who wants to fight him will at least have to make a similar and earnest effort in their training... lest they get the Nate Robinson treatment.
Still, Lehner isn’t the only NHLer who wants to dance with Paul.
