The Make-A-Wish Foundation is incredible because it makes the wishes of so many people come true.

The latest wish we want to highlight is one the San Jose Sharks helped out with as they signed Hayden Bradley to a three-day contract.

Hayden was diagnosed with a serious heart ailment at birth and the Sharks decided to help make the 15-year-old's wish come true, but they also surprised him in multiple ways.

The three-day contract was the first of many awesome surprises the Sharks had for Hayden and Saturday, he basically was a member of the San Jose lineup for their game against the Penguins.

Hayden got to practice with the Sharks on Friday and he announced the lineup to the team Saturday.

He also took the ice with the Sharks in what we imagine was an unforgettable moment for him.

To top it all off, the Sharks surprised Hayden by letting him take the ceremonial faceoff against Sidney Crosby before the game.

Hayden is going to travel with the team to Anaheim and we look forward to seeing what the Sharks have in store for him then!
